Hamilton Clarke, LLP, along with Joshua Moskovitz, Esq., and Michael Spiegel, Esq., has filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York against the NYPD in an effort to address and end unconstitutional arrests and treatment of people of color as occurred with those protesting George Floyd’s death in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the South Bronx this past summer.
